Buyer: Person/entity specified in the order form.
2. Subject
This agreement covers the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer through the Magicland 3D website, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Product
The product(s), specifications, total sale price including VAT, payment method and delivery details indicated in the order summary form an integral part of this contract.
4. General
- The Buyer confirms by placing the order that they have read and accepted the pre-information notice and this distance sales agreement electronically.
- Products are delivered via courier within the time frame specified in the pre-information notice.
- 3D printed products have variable production times; custom orders may take 3-10 business days.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
6. Cases Where Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
- Products prepared according to the consumer's specific requests or personal needs (custom 3D prints, name/text-added products).
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

8. Disputes
Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
