14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For purchases made as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made 3D printed products. Personalizations (name, text, custom design, custom color combinations) are excluded from returns.
- Opened items where return is not possible due to hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and digital products.
Return Conditions
- Product must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged.
- Order invoice and shipping label must be included.
- Return shipping must be sent via our partner courier (DHL, HepsiJet); otherwise the cost is on the customer.
Return Process
- Reach us through the contact page with your order number.
- After approval, ship the product back in original packaging.
- Refund is initiated once the product is received and inspected.
Refund Time
After approval, refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank/card processing may take additional time.
Defective or Damaged Items
If the product is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours. In such cases the return shipping cost is on us.
